Refund policy

Love your Santa Cruz piece, or your money back. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, so if something is not right, we will make it right.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer, no questions asked.

To be eligible, the item must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order, and returned unused in the same condition in which you received it. No refunds will be made past 30 days from the delivery date.

Please contact us at contact@stcruz.co with your order number and a photo of the item if you believe you are eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We are real people and we are happy to help.
