Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Within the United States and Canada We ship across the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. After processing, delivery typically takes 2-8 business days, though timing may vary based on carrier volume and other factors outside our control.

A Note on Delays Occasional carrier delays can happen, especially during peak seasons. If your tracking feels uncertain or stalled, packages are usually still in transit. Please don't hesitate to reach out and we'll look into it together.

Lost or Undelivered Packages If your tracking shows "delivered" but your order hasn't arrived, we suggest checking around your property and with neighbors, confirming the shipping address on your order confirmation, and contacting your local carrier directly. If you still can't locate your package, reach out to us and we'll walk through next steps with you.

Shipping Address Please double-check your address at checkout. Once an order enters our fulfillment queue, we may not be able to make changes, but if you catch an error right away, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
